TRI-COLORED CAULIFLOWER SALAD/DRIED CRANBERRY/CRUSHED PISTACHIO Cruciferous vegetables are abundant in the last days of fall and into the winter. They are extremely hearty and can be prepared in a variety of ways to create a wonderful side dish or plant-based entree. Recently, while on a trip to the farmers market, we came across these beautiful heads of purple and orange cauliflower, along with its relative - the fractal-like romanesco. Happy Memorial Day Weekend! To kick off the festivities, I've teamed up with one of my favorite companies So Delicious Dairy Free to create a recipe that is perfect for all those holiday parties, potlucks, and brunches. SPICY MASALA CHAI + ALMOND MILK +CINNAMON

Masala chai is one of those drinks I never get sick of. No matter the time of year, it always sounds good. Last week, I walked to my local coffee shop to grab an iced chai tea with coconut milk before heading to the park for some much needed time away from the computer and out in nature.
