Happy Saturday! I am currently currently on a European advetnure jumping around between Italy, France, Germany, and Sweden. Although I am finding some great helthy options aborad, this morning I was dreaming of this smoothie I made a few weeks ago back in Nashville. It's so refreshing, packed full of antioxidants and a great way to start the weekend! One of the main ingredients is a raspberry greek coconut yogurt made my one of my favorite non-dairy companies So Delicious. The yogurt adds a perfect thick creamy base to this smoothie while providing plant-based probiotics. Enjoy!
PASSIONFRUIT/COCONUT MILK + RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE
2 passion fruits, seeds and pulp only
1 container raspberry coconut Greek yogurt by So Delicious
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup coconut milk from Wild Plate or by So Delicious
15 drops liquid stevia
8 ice cubes
2 tablespoons raw shredded coconut
1 passion fruit, seeds and pulp only
1. In high-speed blender add passion fruits, yogurt, raspberries, coconut milk, stevia, and ice cubes. Blend on high until totally combined and smooth. Garnish with shredded raw coconut and freshh passionfruit. Enjoy!
