Todays recipe for day #7 of February's juice challenge. A sweet blend of carrots, mango and apple create a juice that's loaded with Beta-carotene and Vitamins A, B and C. Yum!
Carrot mango apple juice
Makes 24 ounces
2 pounds carrots (about 12 carrots)
2 ripe mangos, peeled
1 fuji apple
1. Juice all ingredients in juicer of choice. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
