VEGAN BBQ JACKFRUIT TACOS WITH LIME CREAM SAUCE

Another vegan + gluten-free recipe to wet-your-whistle! A few quick notes: I handmade the corn tortillas with masa flour, water, and a squeeze of lime juice (recipe on back of masa flour bag) but feel free to just get pre-packaged if short on time. Happy Memorial Day Weekend! To kick off the festivities, I've teamed up with one of my favorite companies So Delicious Dairy Free to create a recipe that is perfect for all those holiday parties, potlucks, and brunches. SPICY MASALA CHAI + ALMOND MILK +CINNAMON

Masala chai is one of those drinks I never get sick of. No matter the time of year, it always sounds good. Last week, I walked to my local coffee shop to grab an iced chai tea with coconut milk before heading to the park for some much needed time away from the computer and out in nature.
