This caramel is totally raw and has no refined sugars, no corn syrup, no soy, no dairy, no gluten, no grains, and is 100% vegan! Since there is no icky stuff the caramel can harden slightly from the coconut oils. If you'd like it extra gooey, place it in a bowl of hot water for a few minutes, open, stir and drizzle away.
